This package includes an in-person walk through in addition to setting up or tearing down all of the personalized areas that make your wedding unique. From memorial tables to seating charts and gift nooks, Ana's On It's attention to detail and artistic eye will ensure an environment that speaks to your wedding aesthetic.

With this top of the line package you can focus on making your evening unforgettable with no additional stress.

  • Complete hands-on setup and tear down of all ceremony and reception elements

  • Prepare and clean up wedding party spaces

  • Centerpiece and head table arrangements

  • Ceremony management including detailed coordination of processional

  • Coordinate timeline and announcements for reception in tandem with DJ if applicable

  • End of night coordination including gathering personal items, vendor payouts, and décor cleanup

PARTIAL PLANNING

Feeling slightly overwhelmed with the planning process? Partial planning may be just what you need and Ana’s On it here to take on some of those tasks that you just don’t have time for or, simply, just don’t want to do. This package involves initial set-up assistance and a venue tour to make sure both parties are prepared with all the necessary information to plan your special day. As the clock gets closer to your day, we begin to dive full force into creating timeline and managing all your vendor communication and final details. The goal is to have your to-do lists become our to-do lists when it comes to the logistics. Every detail will come together and carried out smoothly by our team on your wedding day so that you, and your friends and family, can remember every moment and enjoy.

  • Vendor management: contracts, timeline distribution, final details, etc

  • Assist with floor plan creation

  • Assist with timeline creation (Timeline Genius)

  • Event coordination with our team and venue staff

    • (12 hours included, additional hours can be purchased)

  • Small setup/teardown of event elements

  • Setup personal display pieces (tablescapes, menus, favors, table numbers, place cards, photos, guest book, etc)

  • Time management with photographer, family, wedding party and vendors.

  • Handle any wedding day emergencies that may arise

  • Use of our emergency kit and umbrellas on event day
